Doctors may either be employed by us or work under practicing privileges with our Hospitals. We vet each clinician and review their experience and ability to provide independent medical care. Where we have concerns about a doctors performance, we may take a variety of steps to resolve concerns.

Our Governance Board collate data regarding a doctor’s performance which includes monitoring treatment outcomes and complication rates. Data collated is then presented to our Governance Board. We have developed our Ward to Board strategy which ensures that all matters are reported back to the board.

How we work with consultants?

Consultant we work with may be employed with us or may be working as independent medical practitioners under “Practicing Privileges”. Where a consultant works under “Practicing Privileges” – they are responsible for their clinical decisions although we monitor the work that is done by them on our premises. Fees may be collected by us for ease and passed on to your consultants.
