Knee Arthroscopy
A Knee arthroscopy (key hole surgery) allows a surgeon to have a look inside the knee to make a diagnosis. It is often done after a knee injury to diagnose torn ligament or meniscus. A surgeon can usually fix the torn meniscus or ligament using the arthroscopy. Sometimes an MRI scan is done to make a diagnosis and arthroscopy is done to confirm and fix the problem.
